Step 1: Check your browser compatibility
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browsers. Please do not use Internet Explorer

Step 2: Clear your cache and cookies
If you haven’t cleared your cache and cookies in a while, it can prevent sites from loading correctly and clearing them can help resolve these issues.

Once that is done, try logging back in again.
Step 3: Disable pop-up blockers OR add a trusted site
Many web services and applications require your web browser's pop-up blocker to either be disabled or configured to allow umn.edu or d.umn.edu sites as an exception.
Step 4: If all else fails, reboot!
Sometimes all it takes is a complete reset! Try shutting down your computer and rebooting everything.
