Never received an email after requesting a Training Portal profile

Step 1:

  • Check your Spam folder to see if the email is there. 

  • If the email is not located there, you can follow the same steps to create a new UMN accountthen you should be able to log in, assuming that your profile is approved through a Profile Request or an invitation from your supervisor. 



Remember that your UMN guest account email must match the email used in the Profile Request
