To start using the Training Portal you will need to create an Account Request here:

Step 1
Sign up for a UMN guest account email at https://my-account.umn.edu/create-guest-acct
Complete the profile request form using the UMN guest account email
Click “Create TTCP Profile” from the new user section
Fill out all details in the form.
Please fill out as much information as you can. After you've submitted it, a TTCP member will evaluate it and, if you're accepted, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to log in for your first time.
Step 2
After you submit, your request will be forwarded to the staff to be reviewed. If your request has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to finish setting up your profile.
Step 3:
Go to Register/Login Page and Login to the portal with your UMN guest account email and password
If you encounter any issues logging in as an existing user, it is likely due to your password and/or username
Finalize your portal profile information by completing all form fields in the Edit Your Profile Page
